Competition Fee Reimbursement

Clients who hold a Strong Crue flag on the podium after finishing top three will have their comp fee reimbursed up to $60 (limit once every 3 month)

Tailored Program Blocks

You gain a permanent folder on the Strong Crue Site that will house your detailed program that is customized to meet your goals and prepare you for your next competition. Your program includes the exercise, exact weight, rep scheme, tempo, and notes.

Athlete Dashboard

In your personal folder on the site you will have an athlete dashboard that keeps track of your competition history and a skill evaluation. You will know how you stack up against your peers, what level you are at, and what you need to improve to be the best!

Expert Guidance

You will get unlimited video reviews so we can get your lifts and techniques optimized for maximum growth and competition performance. You will have access to years of knowledge about tricks of the trade such as equipment utilization, peaking, making weight, and many other things so you are as competitive as possible.
