Megan is a naturally dynamic athlete, who has had to focus on building static strength. In two years she brought her deadlift up from 317 lb to 512 lb. Megan's coaching style is holistic, looking at every component and working on improving weaknesses by identifying root causes impeding progress. She specializes in nutrition and accessory muscular movement to build big lifts. Megan has come back stronger from injuries and draws from her rehab experiences and research to provide in-depth support for her clients. For her nutrition clients, she focuses on the engine within and recalibrates the body from the inside out.
